FAQ's

We've had the privilage of shipping our pieces across the world, and are happy to ship to your. At times our websites shipping calculator can be wrong with its shipping costs.

We aim to ship In-Stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order.
A large amount of our items are made to order, in most cases these items will take 2 - 4 weeks to be made for you.
If you need your item in a hurry, please reach out to us by chat or social, and we'll make sure to match you with a piece that can work for your timeline.

A little bit of care can go a long way towards extending the lifespan of your beautiful new board.

Wash by hand, and dry promptly

Wood boards have a complicated relationship with water. Its ok to wash it, but the less water and soaps the board experience, the longer it can live.

Resin Scratches

You can greatly extend the life span of your board by avoiding cutting on it. Resin can scratch over time, or with abrasive use.

Oil your Board

At least once every 6 months, we recomend that you apply Sara's Art Corner care oil, or similar, to your board.

The oil will help maintain and enhance your boards rich colors and help protect your boards from water and soaps.

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of product. Please email us
at sara@sarasartcorner.com for a return authorization.  Returns must be in
new condition. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the
full purchase price minus shipping and handling costs.  Customer is
responsible for the cost of shipment both to and from. Return shipping must be
trackable and insured.

Not all cases qualify for returns. Please note the following restrictions.
The following would not qualify for returns:

1. Returns on items which have been customized (i.e. engraving)

2. Return of items that have been made for order.

3. To be fair to everyone, we do not accept more than 3 returned items from
a customer within 1 year.

Yes, our boards are safe for food surface contact. Additionaly we use premium resin for aditional safety which is BPA-Free and contains no VOC's.
